Training Prerequisite: All participants must have received their Access Tech device kit prior to signing up for this training event. To receive a device kit, you can either enroll in Tech Up to Get Started or register for an Access Tech partner training program.
Get to Know Your Laptop provides participants an opportunity to walk through the different functions and parts of their Access Tech laptop in a virtual classroom or a 1-on-1 in person session (based on participant preference). The instructor will review the laptop components, review the process to set up your laptop and review connecting your Office 365 account to your desktop applications. At the end of the training, participants will have a chance to ask other questions about the laptop in an open Q&A session.
All initial Access Tech Technology Kit Overview classes will be recorded. Participants not in need of a live session can request a recording of the course session. If you have specific questions, you will need to attend a virtual instructor-led session.
