Youth ages 18-24 can participate in the Northstar digital literacy training. This training will provide participants aged 18-24 with the opportunity to assess and enhance their digital literacy skills in the following areas identified as common and necessary for most jobs: essential computer skills, essential software skills, and standards for using technology in daily life.

This is a self-paced training curriculum, but all participants will be supported by Youth Opportunities Unlimited staff operating out of the OhioMeansJobs|Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Young Adult Resource Center.
Training is currently limited to serve youth and young adults ages 18-24.
Participants who complete and pass the Northstar digital literacy training will receive a certificate proving proficiency.
