Economic and Community Development Institute

Economic and Community Development Institute (ECDI) invests in people to create measurable and enduring social and economic change. As one of the top SBA microloan intermediaries in the United States, with a service footprint in all of Ohio’s 88 counties, ECDI fills a gap in the credit industry by offering loans ranging from $750 to $350,000 to underserved entrepreneurs through more than 40 revolving loan funds.

Northeast Ohio Hispanic Center for Economic Development

The Northeast Ohio Hispanic Center for Economic Development (NEOHCED) is committed to equitable asset building for Cleveland’s Latino community by providing economic and entrepreneurial technical assistance, training, and advocacy. NEOHCED is the only Hispanic-serving center for economic development in Ohio and the only Center to include bilingual financial management and capability training.

Urban City Codes

Urban City Codes was established to help underserved communities overcome the technology gap by providing training, mentoring and hands-on support to students. Urban City Codes partners with organizations in need of short or long-term digital services, while giving students an opportunity to actively gain experience and build portfolios.

Youth Opportunities Unlimited

Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.) is a nonprofit workforce development organization that serves teens and young adults ages 14-24 living in economically distressed areas in Northeast Ohio. Y.O.U. helps get youth on a path to economic self-sufficiency through school and community-based programs.
